            Pros

            Cons

Today we review PharmaClinix Stretchex.  This special formula helps to reduce the look of red stretch marks.  By increasing the firmness and elasticity of the skin, this lotion helps smooth and tone skin.  This lotion is safe to use during pregnancy, so it can help prevent new stretch marks while treating ones you already have.

            What’s in PharmaClinix Stretchex?

            • Caesalpinia Spinosa extract
            • Kigelia extract
            • Quillaja extract
            • Glacium Flavum extract
            • Phaseolus Lunatus extract
            • Rutin
            • Hibiscus-eco
            • Green tea extract
            • Pal-GQPP and Pal-GHK
            • Genisen
            • Spirulina Platensis
            • Caffeine
            • Carnitine
            • Vitamin E
            • Niacinamide
            • Panthenol
            • Calcium Pantothenate
            • Palmitoyl Oligopeptide
            • Palmitoyl-Tetrapeptide-7

While there are a lot of ingredients in this lotion, they have 5 main goals.  The ingredients are split into stretch reducers, anti-inflammatories, cellulite reducers, vitamins, and peptides.  Each group has its own specific approach to help with the reduction and prevention of stretch marks. Unfortunately, some of the ingredients, like caffeine, raised our concerns, as women should avoid the intake of caffeine during pregnancy, and even applying it topically, the caffeine will absorb into your skin.

How Do You Use PharmaClinix Stretchex?

The manufacturer suggests to massage this lotion into the affected areas, like your stomach, thighs, or arms, twice daily.  The lotion is smooth and glossy, and should apply smooth and absorb quickly into your skin to avoid any greasy feeling.

            The Cost

Each bottle contains 200 mL, or approximately 6.75 ounces.  Each bottle costs $48.87, which is much higher than any other product on the market.  Through our research, most other oils and lotions for stretch marks cost significantly less than this product.

            Is There a Guarantee?

The manufacturer offers a 30-day money back guarantee to only new customers.  In order to receive a refund on your product, you must email the manufacturer and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number first.  Then, you can send your used or unused product back for a refund of your original purchase price, less shipping and handling. The return must be postmarked within the 30 days from successful delivery of your product, and also must include all original packaging from the product.

The Conclusion of Our PharmaClinix Stretchex Review

There are a few things we liked about Pharmaclinix Stretchex.  Their ingredients are separated into 5 different categories, all of which will help treat stretch marks.  Also, the lotion is formulated to absorb into the skin quickly and not leave a greasy, oily residue after application.

Unfortunately, there were many things that raised our concerns about this product.  First off, there are ingredients, like caffeine, that pregnant women should not have.  By including this ingredient, the caffeine will absorb into your system and could cause harm to the baby.  Secondly, the price of this lotion is extremely high. We have not seen any other product for stretch marks with a price as high as this one.  Lastly, their money-back guarantee was seriously lacking. There are many steps to receive a refund, and with only 30 days, it will be very difficult to know if this product will actually help reduce the look of your stretch marks.  For these reasons, we cannot recommend this product to help reduce and prevent the look of stretch marks.
