            Pros

            Cons

Everyone grows old and that we cannot control.  But with products available in the marketplace that function to gracefully assist with this reality, we cannot help but be intrigued.  This is a review of Revitol Phytoceramides, which has been defined by the manufacturer to be a natural facelift in the form of a supplement.  Its ingredients are from plants, and since our bodies can naturally produce ceramides, this product helps our skin maintain its elasticity and moisture. Each capsule of this supplement contains concentrated Phytoceramides, naturally occurring lipids from plants.  As we age, the production of ceramides slows down causing our skin to lose elasticity which results in wrinkles.

            What’s in Revitol Phytoceramides?

            Primary Ingredients

            • Phytoceramides Complex – 350 mg

(Rice & Wheat (grain) (Triticum Vulgare) (providing Phytoceramides)

            Secondary Ingredients

This plant-based  Phytoceramides complex compound can be used to replenish lost ceramides in your skin as a replacement for depleted ceramides in the skin, eliminating fine lines and reducing wrinkles.

How Do You Use Revitol Phytoceramides?

The manufacturer packages two anti-aging products together; Revitol Derma Phytoceramides, the supplement which is being reviewed here, and Revitol Anti Aging Moisturizing Cream which we are not reviewing specifically at this time.

The product label for the supplement states to take 1-2 capsules daily. Individuals who have any medical conditions or are taking medications should consult with their healthcare professional before using this product.

            The Cost?

The manufacturer’s website sells Derma Phytoceramides, however, we could not find a way to purchase the supplement alone without the package including the moisturizing cream. The total price for this product is high:  1 bottle of capsules and 1 cream is $48.00; 3 bottles of the supplement and three containers of the cream is $96 ($32 each); 5 bottles of the supplement and 5 containers of the cream is $144.70 ($28.80 each).

Derma Phytoceramides is sold on third-party websites in a 5 bottle package for $104.85.  The cream is sold separately for 1 for 35.99 and a 3 pack for $69.98 each.

We were surprised by the price point of this product, especially as compared to other competing products on the market.  Moreover, since instructions state to take 1-2 capsules a day, a bottle of Derma Phytoceramides may only last a half month and not one full month as the manufacturer suggests.

            Is There a Guarantee?

The manufacturer offers a 90-day money back guarantee but it’s only for unopened bottles. And today with manufacturers offering way more generous satisfaction guarantees, this is really nothing to write home about.

The Conclusion of Our Revitol Phytoceramides Review

Revital Phytoceramides is produced in a GMP certified laboratory and certainly helps fight the lines and wrinkles to an extent that come along with getting older. But unfortunately, this is an extraordinarily expensive anti-aging system with a price tag that is high enough that it would dissuade anybody but the wealthier folks from giving it a try.  Moreover, we could not find many reviews for this product at all, both on the manufacturer’s website and third-party websites. Therefore, we recommend to consumers to look at other phytoceramide supplements in the marketplace that are sold for less money and that have good reviews from satisfied customers. You will definitely be able to save some money.
