Omega-3 fatty acids are considered good fats which help maintain triglyceride levels within a normal range. Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil claims to be an odorless fish oil coated to minimize the aftertaste of fish burps and sourced from a trustworthy source. It claims to be rich in EPA and DHA that is very helpful in supporting and maintaining the health of your cardiovascular and circulatory system. The manufacturer claims that their fish oil product is the purest, freshest, and most ecologically sourced from the finest deep sea, cold water fish in Peru and carefully distilled to remove PCB, dioxins, and mercury. The Conclusion of Our Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil Review

This product seems that it could be effective in maintaining triglyceride levels already within a normal range and supporting heart health. The manufacturer explains in detail where their fish oil is sourced from and it seems to be pure and of good quality, so it should be safe to consume.  The price is also within acceptable ranges. The fact there is only one review available on the product’s website may indicate this is not such a widely used product. There also does not seem to be any money-back guarantee backing up this product.
