How Do You Use Garden of Life RAW Probiotics?

Take 3 capsules per day, spread out throughout the course of the day either with or without food. You can gradually start increasing the capsules to 9 per day. You can also open the capsules and pour the contents into your favorite fruit juice or a glass of water. These instructions are not clear nor do they explain why you should increase in dose or what are the desired outcomes or goals of the supplement. We expect that few people would want to ingest 9 pills a day. Before you begin taking this supplement, first consult with a healthcare professional especially if you are  pregnant, lactating, or taking a medication.

            The Cost

On the manufacturer’s website, a box of 90 capsules costs $41.96. Shipping is free within the US. There is no discount for first time users or bulk buyers. The product is currently out of stock and there is no indication as to when the product will be available again.

            Is There a Guarantee?

There was no sign of any refund policy or guarantee on the manufacturer’s website or on the product label.

Conclusion of Our Garden of Life RAW Probiotics Review

There are a few things we liked about Garden of Life RAW Probiotics. It comes in easy to swallow capsules and contains no binders, fillers or artificial ingredients. But on the downside, we had more comments. There was no guarantee or refund policy. The website was very short on details about who the supplement was meant for and what the desired outcomes are. There was no explanation of how long to stay on the supplement and at what dose. The website suggested taking up to 9 pills a day which seems to us extreme. The ingredient list is vast, and there is virtually no explanation of what each ingredient is used for and what side effects are possible. Various known ingredients that can be effective in treating digestive problems are missing from the list like ginger, peppermint, and aloe vera which help can soothe discomfort and inflammation of the gut. For these reasons we suggest you steer clear of Garden of Life RAW Probiotics for your IBS and digestion treatment.
