In reviewing this list of ingredients, all of them seem to be typically used in CLA supplements. However, the Potent Organics CLA Supplement may fall short in that it only contains 78% CLA, while studies seem to suggest that a supplement should contain 85% CLA.

In summary of our review, Potent Organics CLA Supplement provides a CLA dietary supplement for weight loss and muscle toning that contains all of the ingredients that similar products include. There are a number of favorable reviews of people who were pleased with the results of using the product.
However, we were concerned by the low concentration of CLA found in the supplement – it only contains 78% CLA compared to the recommended 85% minimum, and also the lack of a third-party purity guarantee in the ingredients (which are not organic despite the brand name). The complaints from some customers of stomach pain when using the product was also a concern, as was the lack of a guarantee for open/used product, which seems to indicate the manufacturer may not be confident in its product.
